This complete set includes the distillery with all accessories, so that you can start distilling at home directly and without worries. As the name suggests, everything is "Easy". The connection of the cooling system is extremely uncomplicated, as is the assembly of the system, and is therefore also ideally suited for beginners. Professionals will enjoy the possibility of distilling with a little more pressure.

This ingeniously uncomplicated mini distillery clearly differs from all other distilleries in some essential but important features. Firstly, the column is pressure-resistant and highly securely attached to the boiler. Thanks to the extremely stable stainless steel clamp, the distillery is guaranteed to always be tight and the column holds securely in place. This means you can even compress plant material without fear of clogging. The spirit tube is secured at the top of the column by a fine sieve and is closed at the bottom with an aroma sieve. You can thus distil essential oils with pressure and cool them down again extremely early through the Liebig cooler.

The Liebig cooler is a second, essential distinguishing feature. Here you can pump cooling water through at will and ensure constant cooling temperatures, which again benefits the quality of the essential oils. The distillery has proved to be particularly ingenious in continuous operation. With the large cooling water set, you can connect the hoses firmly and let the cooling system run continuously. The column can then be quickly removed and refilled after a distillation. In the test, the column was filled and distilled 5 times in just under 3 hours, yielding a total of 12 ml of essential oil and 800 ml of a fine hydrolate.

Of course, this design was originally based on an efficient alcohol still and if you live in Austria, for example, you can also use this still to produce excellent high-proof alcohols and fine aromatic spirits. To do this, it is best to place the distillery on the electric hotplate, connect a cooling water hose and heat up. After only a short time, you will have your first own beer schnapps (whisky) or brandy.
