GREWI Windscreen Adhesive Black is a high performance MS polymer adhesive sealant specifically designed for bonding car windows. The adhesive sealant adheres perfectly to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces without the use of a primer. It is solvent, isocyanate and PVC free and offers excellent UV and aging resistance as well as good adhesion to various materials.

GREWI Window Adhesive Black is permanently elastic in the temperature range from -40°C to +120°C and fast curing. It is neutral, odorless and paintable with most industrial paint or varnish systems. Specifications include a base polymer, a black color, a solids content of 100%, a Shore A hardness of approximately 70, a tensile strength of 9 MPa, a processing temperature of +°C to +35°C, a glazing time of no more than 25 minutes, a service temperature of -40°C to +120°C, and a DIN53504 elongation at break of approximately 350%. The shelf life is 18 months.

GREWI Windscreen Adhesive Black is perfect for bonding car windows on motor vehicles, buses, tractors and other vehicles. It is also ideal for elastic bonding and sealing of bus, caravan, train and truck constructions, bonding of sun roof systems, bonding of roof constructions on buses, trains, trucks, corner profiles made of aluminum or polyester, polyester parts on metal frames, floor constructions and in sealing of welds.

It is recommended to keep the substrate clean, dry and free of grease and to remove old window adhesive to 2 to 3mm. The use of a professional foam cleaner is recommended for cleaning.
